Terms & Conditions


All orders for goods (the “Goods”) to be supplied by Rue Amusement Lighting LTD or any of its subsidiary companies as the case may be (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) are subject to these conditions of sale and the placing of an order by a buyer (“the Buyer”) will constitute acceptance of these conditions.



Delivery:


Delivery dates (if any) given by the Company are given in good faith to indicate estimated delivery times but will not amount to any contractual obligation to deliver at the times stated. The Company will not be liable for any loss including (but not limited to) loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods (even if caused by the Company’s negligence) nor unless any delay exceeds 180 days will such delay entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the contract.



Warranty:


Amusement LED Lamps: 1 Year from day of delivery


If in this time if any Goods fails we will require you to return the non-working Goods back to us at your cost for inspection for reason of failure, including proof of purchase.

If failure is due to a fault with the Goods under the warranty period, this will be replaced or repaired and returned to you at our cost. The replacement model will be the latest equivalent if we are unable to offer the model first purchased as it is no longer available.

If the fault is to be found not to be the Goods fault replacements will not be offered.


For all Amusement lamps if the lamp holders or wiring which the lamp is installed into is over 5 years old the warranty is reduced to 6 months and if they are over 10 years old the warranty is reduced to 3 months. If the Cabochon Cabs do not have inbuilt water drainage, warranty is void. If Company requests evidence of the age of the lamp holders or wiring, or the Cabochon Cap being used from the Buyer this needs to be provided, if this is refused or cannot be provided the warranty is void.


All electrical Goods supplied are designed to run on AC (Alternating current) unless stated. If the Goods are being used on anything but AC (Alternating current) the warranty is void.


All low voltage 24v AC Goods which require a low voltage 24v AC transformer this must be purchased off the Company if the Goods are used on a third party low voltage 24v AC transformer purchased by the Buyer the warranty is void.


All electrical Goods must be installed by a qualified electrician. If the Company requests evidence of the electricians work of installation from the Buyer this needs to be provided, if this is refused or cannot be provided the warranty is void.


Warranty will be terminated automatically (but not limited to) if the Goods have been used in the wrong environment, storage, damaged, Goods privately opened or modified by an un-authorized user including the Buyer or the label / marking on the Goods has been removed.


The Company will not be liable for any loss including (but not limited to) loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by Goods failures.


Warranty replacement delivery dates (if any) given by the Company are given in good faith to indicate estimated delivery times but will not amount to any contractual obligation to deliver at the times stated and could take up to 180 days.


The Company reserves the right to terminate the warranty at any time.
